Bishop Roger Bloomfield, age 82, in New Berlin, Wisconsin died last Wednesday on June 12th, 2019. His funeral will also be this Friday, June 21st, 2019 at the Krause Funeral Home, 12401 W National Ave, New Berlin, Wisconsin. He leaves behind his wife, Dearles Yvonne, his four sons and daughters, His brother Warren and 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Obituary:

The Right Reverend Melvin “Mel” Howard Borham, OSFoc, Bishop-in-Residence of the Diocese of Saint Bernard of Clairvaux in the Old Catholic Churches International, died Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the age of 62.

Melvin was born in Ohio on December 19, 1955 to Howard Edward Borham and Eleanor T. (Wyderka) Borham. He was ordained a priest on February 24, 1996. On June 9, 2007, he was ordained as a Bishop for the Old Roman Catholic Church English Rite in Canada. Bishop Borham spent time in the Reformed Catholic Church International and Christ Catholic Church before joining the Old Catholic Churches International.

Bishop Borham was preceded in death by his parents.

On Friday, April 6, a funeral Mass was held at Trinity Episcopal Church in Wrentham, MA with Rev. Father Mark Anderson presiding with Rev. Father Robert Johnnene. His remains were then taken to Saint Miriam Parish and Friary where a Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, April 7 with The Right Rev. Gregory Godsey, OSFoc presiding with The Right Rev. James St. George, Rev. Father John Connors, Rev. Father John Francis Trubina, Rev. Father Bryan Wolf, and Very Rev. Kenneth J. Nelan concelebrating. Burial followed at Union Cemetery of Whitemarsh at Saint Miriam in Flourtown, PA.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Old Catholic Churches International.
